Order management

QR Orders Flow Into Your Existing Workflow

Every QR table order becomes a regular restaurant order your team already knows how to handle.

  1. KOT

    Order sent to the kitchen

  2. BILLED

    Bill generated for the table

  3. PAYMENT DUE

    Awaiting payment

  4. PAID

    Payment completed

  5. CLOSED

    Session finished, table free

VOIDED

Exception state — an order can be voided at any point if needed.

The QR ordering system works together with the existing Karenderia order management workflow — same statuses, same admin experience, no retraining required.

Guest ordering

One Table. Multiple Customers. One Shared Order.

Invite friends at the table — everyone orders from their own phone and the kitchen receives one combined order.

  1. 1

Customer A scans the table QR code and starts the table session.

  2. 2

Customer B scans the same QR code — or taps an invite link — and joins the session.

  3. 3

Both customers add items from their own phones, whenever they want.

  4. 4

All items are combined into one shared restaurant table order — sent to the kitchen together.

Bill request

Customers Request the Bill From Their Table

No waving down waiters. When guests are finished, they tap once — and your staff takes it from there.

  1. Customer finishes ordering

The meal is done — no need to catch a waiter's eye.

  2. Customer taps "Request Bill"

One tap in the table ordering interface.
  3. Restaurant receives the request

The request appears instantly in the merchant panel.

  4. Staff completes payment at the table

The restaurant prepares the bill and finishes the payment process — the customer simply waits comfortably.

You stay in control.

Billing and payment are always completed by your staff — the QR system handles the request, not the payment.
